Why This Exists

Nobody tells you if your video is bad. They just don’t watch it.

That’s the part that kills channels. You upload, it does nothing, and you’re left guessing. Was it the title? The audio? Did you ramble for the first ninety seconds? You genuinely cannot tell from the inside.

Your friends say it was great. YouTube says nothing. So you change five things at once, upload again, and learn nothing. Again. What actually fixes this is somebody watching it who has made the same mistakes and can point at the one thing to change.

It’s a small group. That’s the point.

I gotta be honest, this is not some massive forum with ten thousand people and forty unread channels. It’s a manageable group of riders who actually post their work.

That’s deliberate. Small enough that your video does not scroll past unseen, and small enough that I can still be in there answering things myself. If it were twenty thousand people, I couldn’t.

How do you ask for likes mid-video without tanking retention?

About 1:30 in I spent 21 seconds asking people to hit like. It backfired, my audience retention actually dropped off. Any tips for asking in the middle of a video?
